Capital Cellars was opened in Downtown Frankfort in November 2006. We are distinguished as the best wine and spirits retail store and wine café in Frankfort because of our customer service and our atmosphere. We have a reputation as a destination and we are known for our comfortable, friendly and effortless was to shop for alcohol products. We have a pleasant setting, a great view of downtown Frankfort and space to enjoy wine, beer and specialty spirits.
